No, but have been through there half a dozen times on the way to Bar Harbor and Acadia. Honeymooned in the area last October.

Was grasping at straws, trying to figure out a way to get a replacement copper spacer ball for my weathervane to Alaska.  Found exactly what I needed in Maine but they don't ship to Alaska.  Thought I might be able to bribe someone to pick it up and send it to me, I would have made it worth your while.   :thumb:  However, I kept surfing and found an outfit that does ship to Alaska, and their rates are very reasonable.     We had to take our weathervane horse down because a weld failed where the horse is attached to the rod.  For some reason Dan had to remove the smaller spacer ball and we can't find it anywhere,  so I decided to order a new one.

That strange they don't ship to Alaska. If something falls thru I could always order it here and ship it to you it would cost more but at least it would get there.

Been in contact with the company, and we are working it out.  I just hope the shipping isn't more than the item itself.  Thanks for the offer DD!  Dan and I are going to check out the antique shops at the fair tomorrow, just in case someone has the copper ball we need.
