WOW-OH-WOW-OH-WOW!!!!!! TREAT BOX ARRIVED!!!!

A continuation from our earlier post ---- I arrived home from work and was greeted by the bow-wow, crying, and inpatience of two doxies!  Looie knew is was something good but a bit overwhelmed by the zealous Sarge!  The minute I walked in the door, Sarge was barking at me (his bark of I want it now!) and looking at me and then the dining room table where the famous box sat all day!  Dave said that Sarge would go sit by the table and stare at the box trying to will the box to fall on the floor.  I asked him where the treat box was and he immediately went to the table and starting jumping and barking with his demand bark.  The pictures will tell it all!

Andrea, Miguel, Red and Islay.....what a wonderful box of gifts---felt like Christmas in August!  The box contained: stuffed toys-a lamb, bird, dog, and a ball; dry fish biscuits treats (which have the stamp of approval from Sarge & Looie), liver treats, lamb treats, an edible greeting card; For the hoomans: a doxie cup, doxie soap,  magnet frame, doxie luggage tag, address book, chrome trophy, Rose Petal Conserve, Fabric door holder/heart (can fill with rice, etc); lavender salt & pepper seasoning (Andrea's recipie) for grilling, etc., Mazapan, ID/Key holder (to place around your neck)-doxie of course! And, a doxie card with a note from Andrea, Miguel, Red and Islay.  The gifts were from Spain, France and Scotland!  We love everything!  Thank you, so much, for the wonderful treat box!  We are so excited!  The puppers are worn out now from all their excitement!  This is something new to Looie, and he was overwhelmed.  Sarge was in the box, on top of the box, around the box,.....you name it!  Sarge knows what treat boxes are.....Looie is learning.   So with that, the pictures follow to tell the story!

That was a great treat box all the way from Espana!  Way to go!  Sarge should get a promotion, he did such a good job of guarding the box!

Can't wait for the next update.  Where are the other boxes???

Hola amigos!  We're flipped with happiness that the box arrived safely.  Bummer you had to wait so long, hope it was worth it.
We're checking in on Nana's dial-up which takes an hour per photo, so can't write much - sorry.
Love your photos and you're so, so welcome- we had tons of fun getting everything together to send, not to mention the trip throughout Europe to get the stuff.
Love from your Spanish teckels in Scotland, we'll raise a paw to you all tonight with a wee dram and a spot of the best haggis (shame we can't reach the camera to take a piccy of Dad in his kilt.....)

Will be back in touch when we reach Spain at the end of August - have to help Mum & Dad drive back through England, France and SPain yet.
