We have all the stuff ready to go. But my mother in law just died this morning so I am not sure how soon I will get time to run to the post office. But I promise to do it as soon as possible. She is the lady in the picture I posted of the old time doxies. She was a real sweetheart.

Thank you all for the comforting thoughts.  They do help.  The good thing is that Jeff got to visit his mom at the hospital on Fri before he left on his run to PA.  But he doesn't have the hours to make it back till Thurs.  I warned the Co. to take it easy on him or he might just say I just left your truck here and I quit and am flying home,  He is a little stressed but said he just had a feeling on Fri when he might not see her again.  He talked to her on the phone every day so he got to tell her he loved her on Sun.  By 3:00 AM they had decided they needed to try a morphine shot to settle her down since she was so uncomfortable.
Paula, the baby in the picture is a nurse in oncology so she knows a lot about these things.  She said she knew it was close when they gave her the shot.  She called me and said it would probably be a matter of hours so I went and sat there a while.  Then realized my cell phone was dead so if Jeff called he couldn't get me.  I had already told his company to get him headed this way as soon as possible.  Because we didn't want to tell him till he was parked for the day.
His little sister Michele found out walking through the MPLS airport.  She and the girls were flying in from WY with her ex hubby but we didn't want her to find out that Lou had gotten so much worse wile she was still out there.
I had taken her flowers on Sat and she was uncomfortable but not seeming so much worse so I was shocked when I saw her on Mon morning.
