Monday Photos To Kick Off the Week

Here are a few photos for a Monday morning pick me up --

Sarge with his favorite soccer ball:

Looie enjoying the sun:

And, while no doxie in the pic, this is our resident hummingbird who visits us everyday throughout the day and into the evening......the hummingbird is green (almost blends in with the leaves and is on the plant, lower flowers towards the flower pot:

This is one of two hummingbirds that visit us.

That has to be the sweetest pic ever! It looks like Looie's tail is wagging, too. The look in his eyes say "after all I've been through...this is HOME!".

Sniff! I have to say the piccy of your officers is the best - brotherly love, indeed. You can see in Looie's eyes how he feels about his furever home! We have a hummingbird I call "Squeaky". He always squeaks when he zooms in for some sugar water, and has even been known to fly down and check out my reading material, if I am reading outside. One of my favorite hummers - "Squeaky #1" even swooped in to sip from a feeder I was carrying out to hang up in its usual spot - too thirsty to wait - it was in July of 1987, I believe.

You're right, David -- his tail was wagging. Matter of fact, he wags his tail a lot.....always getting Sarge in the face, but he doesn't seem to mind! And, Looie's eyes do say it all!

Wow, Dee. I think these are some of the best of the boys yet! Love the Brotherly Love one. And that is a really nice head shot of Sarge and his ball. Looie is so colorful I would love a photo of him with a Harlequin Dane!

I wanted to bring this thread back to the top of the list because it includes some of the best pictures of Looie. Even if you never met him, you can see a lot into his character through these pictures.

Thank you David for bringing this thread back to the top. Such beautiful pictures of two beautiful boys!! Looie looks like such a sweetheart....I wish I could have met him. Special hugs to Sarge at this difficult time.
