Pet Friendly Hotels Near Pentegon

I'm suppose to go to D.C. 1 - 2 OCT.  Does anyone know of any decent hotels within walking distance to the Pentegon that are pet friendly?  I've checked the Mariott and the Ritz Carlton in Crystal City and neither are.

I did a Google search for pet friendly hotels, and came across several web sites that would direct you.  Letsgopets.com lists several pet friendly hotels in Pentagon/Crystal City area that allow dogs and are available on the dates you need.  So try that or the Google search, and let us know if you have any luck. 

Welcome to my neck of the woods!  I live about 20-25 miles away from where you will be, but I pass right by the Pentagon and Crystal City when I take that train to work in Washington each day.

Thanks!   :thumb:  I already have reservations at one of the hotels listed, but when I called the reservation 800 number a few weeks ago I was told that pets weren't allowed.  I'll call the hotel directly and ask.

There's really not much in easy walking distance to the Pentagon, even if you were not travelling with your pupper.   The Pentagon is surrounded by highways on each side and there are large parking lots to cross.   The closest hotels are the Sheraton National (near the Navy Annex) and Ritz Carlton.   Walking from either one is definitely a major hike.
