Crying in a gov't facility is not "Macho" :doah: . I don't post much, and Kari keeps me up to date on the goings on here, but this morning I skimmed the board. Between Karen's escaped pups and Robyn's poor Heidi Claire you can't help but shed a few tears.  :crybaby2: Prayers for both of you during this time.  :pray:

Please refer to Volume 47, chapter 118, page 62, paragraph 5 of the pPersonnel Manual of The United States Government which read:

"The US Government has no feeling of which it is aware.  Should the Government require that personnel cry or otherwise display emotions, the appropriate memo will be promulgated among the pertinent parties."
