Belly Bands!!!!!

Can anyone fill me in on belly bands? What exactly are they and how do you use them?
My family and I might have to get one for a nervous pupper when we leave the house.

Diaper for boy dogs keeps them from marking and not sure how well it would work on a pup might chew it off not unless you went the route with a cone on their head think that would drive a pup crazy.
