Cookie got a surprise in the mail

Cookie got a box in the mail yesterday from Kari and Penny.  They wanted her to have something to make her feel better.  Isn't that so incredibly nice? 

Inside the box was a hide a squirrel!  OMG- Cookie went nuts.. my DH was putting all the squirrels in it for her and she almost attcked him to get that toy out of his hands.  It took her about 4 seconds to figure out how to get the squirrels out.  Did she poke her head in the hole to pull one out?  Of course not!  She turned it upside down and shook it back and forth as fast as she could to get the little squeaky squirrels out!  :funnyup:  I tried really hard to get pictures but she was such a spaz, I had a hard time getting a good one!


The first one of her looking in the box is blurry, but it shows how excited she was to get a package!

More:

1st one, she is not growling- her lips get stuck now that she doesn't have any front top teeth.

2nd one- she is growling- I got to close too the squirrel, which by now is her new friend! (ignore my flip flops and the garbage to be taken out behind her)

3rd one- today... now she plays with them then puts them on her towel on the floor and lines them up.  When placing them on her towel she licks them, like she is playing Mama to them.  Which in my mind is pretty psycho, because why would she kill them, then love them, then kill them again?  :idiot:

Also- I just realized- you can see her shaved neck from her surgery too.  I almost don't even notice it anymore.

Where do you get the Hide a Squirrel toy have not seen them or looking in the wrong place for them.Thanks

How fun !!!!  What a sweet thing to do !!!   My puppers LOVE getting stuff in the mail - they seem to always know it is for them......errrrr....they think EVERYTHING is for them !!!!  I think I may have to get one of those......  Thanks for sharing !!!!  Go Cookie !

I'm so glad she loves it! Penny goes crazy with hers too! She does this funny whine while she is playing with them! I need to try and get some pictures.

What a nice thing for Kari and Penny to send Cookie! I love seeing photos of puppers opening their packages. :) Cookie is a doll.
