Another Food Recall

Did everyone see another food recall  Natural Balance Vinison & Rice & the one for cats Vinison Green Pea all Dry and canned foods for both Dogs & Cats. Said it was due to a Rice Protein having the plastic in it also??? Everyone please be careful of what you are feeding.

Thanks for posting this.  Its so hard to keep up with all the recals lately.  :crazyeyes:

2 weeks ago, I switched Cookie to Wellness Weight Management food- its protein source is from chicken.  So far she loves it and is not gaining weight.  I spent so much time researching dog foods and made sure to stay away from weight gluten.  I can't believe rice protein is contaminated too.

This is all so scary! The two brands I feed Hallie also have notices on their home pages that they don't use rice or wheat gluten...but what might be next? I just saw an updated list of foods and it is getting sooooo long!

I just bought a bag of that food to tr with Porky.     Thank God I didn't feed him any yet.  Now, its back to finding another new food.   We were using Purina Pro Plan but it seemed to aggravate Porky's sensitive skin, although it didn't upset his tummy.  This is so frustrating!!!
