My lowest low

I think I've reached my lowest low.  Now, being a good dachsie mom, I've cleaned up more messes than I care to count and of course there are the times when I've had to assist my furbabies when they are pooing.   

My new dachsie mom adventure? Looking for diamond earrings in Berman's poo. I took off my earrings and I think I set them on my night stand.  :badidea:  I know when Berman is on the big bed, he likes to snoop around my night stand.  Well - I can't find the earrings ANYWHERE so I've put 2 and 2 together and came up with...poo.

If he did eat them, it would've been Thursday morning so I checked his poo this morning - nothing.  I'm hoping they show up in this evening's poo.  :xfinger:

They aren't even real diamonds - cubic zirconias - but they have sentimental value so I'm determined to find them!

Awww, you're a good mom.  Don those gloves and get to it!  This remind me of one of the worse jobs at the prison my hubby works for.  Poo patrol.  Er.....another way of looking for contriband.  :eeew 
Thank goodness dh is in Records and not a guard.  YUCK.

Oh no !!!!!  Might take a couple days to pass on through......are you sure he didn't knock them on the floor?  Is there a drawer in the night stand?  Berman - no snooping little boy !!!!  Let us know !

Willy and Alex will eat my foam ear plugs if I leave them on the nightstand.  They poop them out a few days later.  If your dog did swallow your earrings, I'm pretty sure they will show up in a day or so.  Keeping looking and good luck.
