We won't be fostering Rachel : (

We got the word that we won't be fostering Rachel after all.  The plan was to pick her up this weekend, but she has been adopted and will be going to her new home this weekend instead.  Her new family have adopted from DRNA before.  Their dog reently died, and they were looking for a sweet senior.  They have certainly found one!  We are so happy for Rachel, but sad she won't be part of our family for awhile.  Please send good thoughts to Rachel and her new family.  We wish them every happiness.

I'm sure it's definitely a disappointment, but remember the Dogapult is a remarkably accurate mechanism.  It sent Rachel to a good home.   If the Dogapult didn't choose you this time, it is most likely because there is a greater reason behind it.  Perhaps the Dogapult is already loading up another furry bundle of joy to be hurled into your midst.
