Anytime I head upstairs, Schatzi thinks she has to take something with her. It doesn't matter what it is, but something has to be in her mouth. Usually she will grab a sock, often from the clothes basket near the bottom of the steps. Sometimes, she will grab a piece of mail or paper that may be laying on the steps. Yesterday she grabbed the tiniest piece of paper, just so she could take SOMETHING! The funniest part is watching her look around to see what she can find!

:angel12: eLlIe   :angel12: needs to have something in her mouth when she greets a visitor, usually a toy but it could be a leaf, twig, dish towel, anything she can grab if she can't find a toy quickly enough.

That is so cute!  I dont think I've ever seen a dachsie do it before, but with these little ones you never can tell.

Cajsa has taught Elf to carry a sock in her mouth though, if that counts for anything!  lol

Yep!  That's my Buelah.  She can't go anywhere without a toy or something in her mouth.  I think she enjoys showing them off!

Oh my gosh, Cajsa is now teaching Elf to do stuff. The idea of Elf holding a sock in her mouth is just too funny. No telling what she'll teach her next. Hopefully she won't encourage the "goat girl" personality. Elf will probably do that one on her own, like most little ones do!

Oliver only does it when you come in from work usually her runs at warp drive speed with a blankie, and at least once a week while doing it he  drags the water bowl over.
