hey guys...we are Bernice (weinermom) and Louis.  Louis is a redhead and i'm a brunette.  Louis recently just turned a year and is a joy for the whole family.  With his maturity has come some issues...let me start first by saying he was easily trained in 2 weeks.  he loves to sleep on top of the couch (cat style), but recently he peed when he jumped down on top of me (i was laying on the couch human style) also peeing on me.  i don't know if his bladder released when he jumped or what. i didn't think this was on purpose, but now there's pee there so he did it again last night.  Any thoughts? :crazyeyes: :crazyeyes:

Welcome to the site !!!    Not sure exactly why he may have peed - but you might have him checked for a bladder infection - which might cause him to not have good control.  As for peeing again - once the smell gets there - they go back - so cleaning deep is a must - there are a lot of products out there - I use Natures Miracle.    I would have the vet check him out to make sure there are no medical issues - but he also may just be rebelling....a doxie rebel ?!?!?!?  HA! 

We have so many knowledgable people here - I am sure you will get some good advice !
