Grapes all over!!!

Last night I was washing some grapes to put into hubby's lunch box. I was lifting the bowl out of the sink and it hit the faucet and threw grapes everywhere. Oz was dozing in "his" chair, but upon hearing something hit the floor in the kitchen, he went from zero to 100 in one millisecond. I was frantically picking up grapes and thought I had them all, but I noticed Ozzy standing with his back to me. He started to casually saunter out of the kitchen, but I caught him, and took a grape out of his mouth.

I thanked him for finding the last grape and gave him a treat.

There is no "five-second" rule in our house; it is now the "Ozzy Rule."

Isin't it amazing how quickly the furkids react to the sound of food hitting the floor! LOL! I like the new rule!

Mine can be sound asleep and hear a crumb hit the floor !!! LOL !!!

Bet the grape scramble was funny !!! Poor Ozzy - didn't even get one....

Bish here- dats why my momma put my bed in da kitchen by da stove so dat when she drops somfing tasty I can get it but i "always" ask first see here is me in my bed

Schatzi can be in our room, asleep, and hear the microwave and show up before I get anything out of it. It's amazing how they know when food is around. Molly isn't quite that way. She doesn't come to the microwave-she figures eventually the food will show up wherever she is and then she can start giving her own L@@K and score some. Why use the energy when you don't have to? That seems to be her philosophy.

While Chilie was at my dad's for those few days, I actually had to bend down and pick up the food that fell on the floor!

I'm not sure but I think they can lead to problems with their kidneys - same thing with raisins.
