Playing in the sprinkler......

Dis is me Rudy......we were in our backyard this morning and all of a sudden up shoots water out of de grass (sprinkler head) - Woo Hoo......Guess I better tell this thing WHAT FOR !!!!

You 'ole water thing.....I am gonna get you.....

I am gonna bite you !!!!

Dis is me Brandy - what is all dat barkin' about......could Rudy be having some fun ?????

Sissie - I will protect you !

Barb here - it was SO funny to watch them. When I am watering with the hose - Rudy likes to bite at it and likes for me to squirt him. He has never reacted to the sprnkler like he did today......after much barking and me snapping pictures - Brandy decided she better get in on the action. She copied her brother and was biting at the sprinkler head.....then I freaked out - because Brandy yelped and came limping over to me - her left front paw - she was holding it out.....I grabbed her up and wrapped her in a towel and let her calm down, rubbed her shoulder and after a few minutes gently set her down. She was able to put weight on it - but I was so scared. I figure she got excited and maybe tripped on the head. That was the end of playing......but they really did have a good time !!!!

Auntie Dee - dis is me Brandy - my footie is fine. Mama wrapped me in a warm towel and held me for a LOOONG time. She loved all over me and made sure that I was ok. Fanks for asking !

Barb the pictures are priceless. I don't know how you ever got clear shots. I would have been laughing too hard so the camera would have been shaking the whole time. I'm glad Brandy's foot is okay. Now I'm going to go to our room and bring these up on the other computer. Randy has GOT to see this!

It looks as if they had fun, at least they are short hairs. We play the game with OLiver we let it just come up and he wanders in to have a look and we turn it off, bu must try the full switch on.

LOL - I was laughing so hard and yelling at him to please be quiet (it was about 8:30 Sunday morning) - I am sure the neighbors were loving him barking nonstop !!!! I just love this $89 digital camera I got from Walmart. No real bells and whistles - but it takes some really good pictures. I snapped about 30 of them. It really was a hoot watdhing Rudy "attack" the sprinkler !!!! The bad thing is - I had just mowed and so on top of both of them getting all wet, they had grass stuck all over them. Luckily I had not vacuumed yet......Rudy was rolling all over the carpet ! It was a fun morning - they napped for several hours after !

This whole sequence of pics are a HOOT! I sure hope Pwincess Bwandy's li'l paw paw is feelin' bettah. Ha! We have auto sprinklers and boy howdy, if my girls are outside and we turn 'em on, they head for the door when they hear the water coming through the pipes. They HATE that water squirter.

That is hilarious! I haven't seen doxies go nuts over a sprinkler like that (Hallie wouldn't dream of it it could mussie up her hair!) Even Brandy got in the act following her brother, that's priceless. Poor little girl, hurting her foot like that but thank goodness it was just a temporary boo boo. You sure have a GREEN yard, it looks great.

How fun izzat? We don't like da sprinkler, but I like to swim and stinky baby dog likes what I like. I am glad you are having a fun summer. We have cuzzin' Britaini her and she is very very nice to us. Mom said she is spoiling us, but we just like to sleep on her lap.
