Hey King Sol...we need a new rule in the doxie kingdom

Fireworks need to be outlawed from the doxie kingdom.  Poor Libby was so scared last night hiding under a blanket on momma's lap.  I hid with her, but I wasn't scared (I am a big tough doxie), I was just taking care of my sissie.  I think every kid in the neighborhood bought fireworks and set them off last night.  We (I mean Libby) don't like all of that booming!  Does anyone second my motion??

We are de same way - Brandy is kinda scared of de big booms....but I am not......I DO think we need to hear from our King on dis matter dough.......

This is Brekke.  Mocha and I are not scared of the big booms - we were around 8 teenagers yesterday, shooting off the big booms and they did not affect us at all - we knew what was going on because we were watching - from the safety of our mamas' arms - but we totally agree that they are a nuisance if you don't know what's going on!  We will go along with whatever King Sol decides!

Julia here: we were up in the mountains for a picnic in a new home without the interior walls in yet, and we watched the local fireworks from the future front porch, with the radio giving us the commentary and patriotic music.  The girls did really well, even with the noisy ones - we were so proud of them!  (We met two other couples with dachsie experience and one couple with a 9 year old male named Boomer!)

  Blusky&Manny here:Sgt&Libby we don't like the loud booms either! The other night our Gamma's neighbor let off a big boom and it really really scared us to doggies to pieces.

Oscy here.....I say da law needs to be passed mediately.  Da big booms were goin on till way to late and terruptin my sleep.  I gots to gets my sleep and a dog can't be expected to not whine when da booms are goin on.  Also, it's not easy to gets my rightful place wif mama after Buelah and Toby goes to sleep when dey keep trying to get close to her cuz of da noise. 
I'm also all over da outlawin of da thunder boomers.  Can you makes deez rules King Sol??????

Clifford couldn't care less about fireworks.  He was more concerned about the popcorn I was eating last night while watching the show from our garden.

No - but I wish!  It is my godchildrens' parents' new home - all 3900 square feet of it!  Drool!  However, I have found a 3-story floor plan with an elevator, that I am also drooling over, but must recheck the square footage!  We would like to build close by it, though!

Mebbe da next Day of Explosions, all da Dachsies can come to OUR house.  We didn't hear ONE 'splosion.  Mom sez it's cuz we have a lot of old folks here who have grown out of blowing tings up.   :apls:
