I could use some Rays today! I have been dealing with severe osteoporosis for a couple of years now...meds and calcium and weight bearing exercises and such. I was putting Oscy Bean on the floor from the bed yesterday and pulled something in my back...or so I thought. Turns out it is a stress fracture in my spine. There is really not much that can be done except muscle relaxers and such but it sure does hurt! So if there are any spare rays I could use them!

Gosh Terri! I fight that as well...sometimes you can do everything right and it still isn't enough. Rays coming that will heal up fast!

You must be in pain.... I am sending you rays and hugs! And why not throw in a few belly rubs, there not only for our furkids, and it sounds like you can use a gentle one!
