Story about me that my Hoomans would like to share:

I am a mighty huntress. Mom can always tell when I've got something because Roscoe will be circling around me and I'll be growling at him. I'm not going to let him EAT my trophy. I give them to mom as a present.

One time Mom was in the shower and she heard what she thought was hail hitting the house. She looked outside through the window in the bathroom and didn't see anything though. She put on her robe and came outside and there I was digging to Austrailia. The sound she heard was lava rocks from the landscaping that were flying up against the brick wall of the house. She sternly questioned me, "Pootsie Lynn Saul what in the devil are you doing?" I popped my head up and there in my mouth was a mole! I wagged my tail and went over to her. She said "Leave it" and I dropped it at her feet. I was so proud of myself! That was my first mole.

Awwww Gwennie - what a cutie pie you are !!!! You deserve to be our Dog of the Day....and...errrrr.....mom better make it up to you for letting half the day go by without posting about her girl !!!

Gwennie. us hunters have to stick together. Moles are such great fun to find and you can leave a nose trail all over the yard as you try to find them!!!

Gwennie you have the perfect "innocent" doxie look. I could just imagine your mom trying to figure out what was hitting the house when you were digging to Austrailia. Thanks for all the well wishes. I enjoyed my DOD and the holiday weekend. I closed it out with a bang by catching a bird last night.

It was all fine and good until mom decided I needed a bath. She said she didn't want me getting any mites from that birdy. Oh well...No pain, no gain.
