We are the luckiest puppers ever!!!! We got a TREAT BOX from OZ!!! For anyone who doesn't know, that is Austrailia. Our treatbox came from Oliver and Amy and Roberta and Nick in Melbourne.
This is how it all went down. Mom made Me and Molly stay on the big bed with Dad. She came in with TWO boxes. Then she opened the first one. Well, since I, Schatzi, am little and not the least bit shy, I just had to investigate. I checked it out and told Molly she just had to see what was in that box. We had two squeaky soft toys and chicken treats and ponchos so we wouldn't get wet in the rain. Mom had coasters and a magnet and socks and a frame and a towel and all kinds of cool stuff with Melbourne on it and a bookmark that teaches her how to understand the "lingo", whatever that is. I guess it is kinda like understanding "dogtalk". She even had chocolate biscuits for her and dad that she wasn't sharing with us. We soon found out why! Mom had us get on the floor and opened the other box. Of course, being nosey, I checked it out too! We have a whole box of Three Dog Bakery treats. We have all kinds of them, but mom won't let us have all of them at once. She said something about us getting too fat and not wanting the food we are supposed to have at our meals. What is up with that? We just want to at least try one of each. She did let us finally try the one that looks like a CAT and tastes like peanut butter. It was GREAT!! Now we go and stare at the cabinet all the time and sometimes Molly will bark at it. Maybe we will drive mom crazy and she will give in.
Thanks Oliver and Amy for the gifts and treats. It was lots of fun opening them and playing with them. I've already kilt both animals!!

Roberta, thanks for everything. I love the stuff with Melbourne on it. Randy laughed because he told me I needed to get a coaster for my nightstand last week since I'm always leaving rings on it. Now I don't have to! The towel was cool and I love the socks and frame. It was great fun watching the dogs get into the boxes, well Schatzi mostly, but Molly did help a little.
The big question now, where does the treatbox go next??? I'm not telling but start looking in about 10 days. I'm on vacation this week so I'll have some time to shop and I already have a few ideas!

I have pictures to post, but our internet connection is running slow right now and won't let me post them. I'll try a little later and see if I can get them up.

The computer seems to be going a little faster, so I'll see if the pics will work. The first two are of Schatzi checking out the boxes. She was definitly the most curious..

OK, since those worked, Here we have the treat box, Schatzi and Molly both either sharing or wrestling with a toy-I'm not sure which, and then Schatzi doing her usual, which is taking BOTH toys!

The last ones are of Molly. I love the expression I got when I put her poncho on. She is not much for clothes, but I did think these were a great idea! Also, as you can see, Schatzi did decide she could at least have a little bit of one of the stuffed animals!! It doesn't seem to matter how small Schatzi is,  she does rule the house here :meme: . Molly takes it all in stride and lets her. It is quite humorous to watch it all happen. Don't worry, though, Molly does have a stuffed animal to play with still and she does get her share of love and attention (I just have to take Schatzi in another room sometimes

These are great pictures !!!  I love the evil eye Molly is giving you (the poncho) picture - but she looks SOOOOO cute with it on !!!!

Looks like they scored BIG time....and I love the one of both of them sleeping.....worn out !!!

Thanks for sharing the pics !

Glad they got there. Getting Australian Dog things are hard, so I could not believe getting the koala and the platypus. The Timtams are (so we are told here) indiginous to OZ. Sort of saying "it's a tim tam day" means your having a bad day.

I will post our pairs photos, we had to get a new computer and NIck has only just loaded the photo package.

Randy and I love the Tim Tams. Schatzi had claimed the Koala as hers (minus most of the stuffing and the squeaker) and is still carrying it around today. Wherever she decides to stay for awhile, it is there also!
