Dog of the Day - It's ME - Rudy Ivey !!!!

Dis is me - My Full name is Ruder Ivey.  BUUUUT.......I am called Rudy, Ru, Speed Racer Boy (I am fast !), Rudy Patootie, and mama calls me her love   

I am 6 yrs old and my birthday is December 20th.

De best day of my life.....My Gotcha Day !!!!   Dis was January 14th, when I was 13 months old....my never family took me to Operation Kindness.  Mama and daddy got me the same day !!!!  I wasn't too sure what was going on but very quickly I realized what a DEAL it was !!!  I love my mama and daddy and my sissie Brandy.....    :thumb:

I live with my mama, daddy and sissie Brandy in Coppell Texas.

Ok, for my measurements - HA !   Mama says she isn't sure how good dey are 'cause I had to twist around and see what she was doin' de whole time !!!!   
From de base of my neck to my tail (not the end, but the part dat attaches to my hiney) - 14"
Height from ground to top of head - 10" 
Height from ground to belly - 3-4"

I weigh about 13 lbs - but mama keeps telling me I need to lose one pound....I think I am fine - because I tink I am BUFF !!!   



My hair color is black and tan, my eyes are brown, and I am a smoothie !

My favorite person in de world is my mama.....ok,ok - yes I am a mama's boy...but dats ok  I lub her   :love4:  After mama, I love daddy and Brandy de best.......

I LOVE stuffed toys !!!!  I like them all, but right now, I love my football, and my doughnut.....before I loved my carrot and I never tear up my toys !   



Treats - did you say TREATS - I love treats !!!!  I like Mother Hubbard cookies, Solid Gold Tiny Tots and mama just got us some new Solid Gold tweats - they are bite size and yummmy !!!!  I love bully sticks, and baby carrots and ALL kinds of treats - YUMMMMMM......     



Worst torture.....hmmmmm....dats gotta be when mama grinds my toes off.....she uses a dremel, and she is learning that tapping the toes instead of constant grinding does de best....but I still dun't like it....I hide when dat dremel comes out....but she usually finds me...
I LOVE going to de vets office ----all kinds of cool stuff to smell !!!   (Barb here - he DRAGS me up to the door !)

Sleep at night - any place other than the big bed ???  I think NOT !!!!   Me and Brandy have a ramp to our big bed - so we can snooze when we want to   

My favorite pastime is making sure de birds don't stay in our backyard - I bark until dey all fly away.  I like hunting and smelling in our yard, and we have dose tings called gecko's dat I try and try to catch......not very successfull......I got a bird once - but it was already on de ground...but I brought it into the house and put on the hall carpet - so mama could see my prize !!!!

All de day long, I wait for mama and daddy to come home....and mostly sleep, or look out de window.  We have a window seat and mama has a pillow ramp for me to go up and stare out de window......(Hey Loki - I never fart during de day.........I leave dat to Brandy....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!)



My favorite things...are mama, food, cuddling with mama, WALKS, treats, neck scratches (under my collar) and butt scratches. mama and making her mind ME, chasing my stuffed toys !!!!!

My newest story dat mama wanted to tell - when I am chewing a bully stick (only when mama or daddy is there to watch) - and it starts getting small - she says "Rudy (dats ME) - is it little yet?"   She then walks to the kitchen towards the treat counter, I follow with my little piece of bully stick and drop it on the floor and wait for my treat !!!!!  Hee Hee....boy do I have HER trained !!!  HAHAHAHAHA - a bully stick AND a treat !!!  Woo Hoo !!!!!    :apls: :apls: :apls: :apls:
