This is so NDR but funny 

Our cat Mr. Tucker just loves to chew on electrical cords  :idiot:...we have tried to stop him and for the most part were successful. There are just a few cords that he will still try and chew  One of them is the cord to my flat iron that I use on my hair. I plug it in when I am getting dressed in the morning and unplug it when I am done.

A number of times I have caught him attacking the cord and have actually had to put electrical tape on it to cover up the chew marks. Well, this morning he finally killed my flat iron  :crazyeyes: and in the process shocked himself  :verdict: (he is fine). It did scare him pretty bad - his fur totally puffed out and he went racing into the bedroom and under the bed. He would not come out so I could check him  - finally I got him out and made sure he was fine. It was actually pretty funny (once I knew he was okay) and hopefully he learned his lesson.

I can imagine a POOF PSSSFT! of a cat racing by!  So glad he's OK!

Oh I miss having a cat (they reside at my parents). I needed a good laugh today it has been a long one. Thank you! - Gald he is ok though but too funny.
