Our Easter tweat

the Easter Turkey came!  Not a cooked turkey with gwavy--a real turkey!!!! She wandering into OUR backyard and mom sez we didn't eben see her!  The noive of her not even leaving us any Peeps.

mom here: the kidz were in the front of the house and we heard a real racket out by the side, and then UP and OVER the fence a beautiful hen bounced.  We haven't had a turkey, except for Loki  in our yard since we lived on the farm.  A great Easter day gift.

regulation sized -- about 36" long.  When it flew, it looked like a barrel with wings.
