Today is the big day...

Well this morning I dropped of Bishop at the vets to get that lump taken out of his arm "pit". He gave me this  look like "momma where are you going with out me" . And alL the way to work I got this  feeling, I know he is in terrific hands and they will take the best care of him I just  that everything goes ok and the biopsy comes back with good news. They said surgery will be aroung 12:30 so I think I will call them aroung 1:30 maybe 2 to see how it went.

Sending rays for a quick recovery and good news on Bishop!  Be sure to let us know how things turn out.  As for the "look"....that's standard dachsie procedure.  Make the mama feel really guilty and you might get extra cookies!  :)

I just got off the phone with the vet, he said Bishop did great & the biopsy will come in in about 3 business days so they will call me about that. My mom is going to pick her grandpup up after 3pm so, I have been sidetracked all morning NTN having to call his sitter, my hubby and my mom - I dont think I have forgot anyone  . What a day! I am sure he will heal quick, it only took him two days when he was neutered to heal. Thank you all for the rays & support! I am so happy that I found this web site last year. I have never "met" more caring people! To all, Have a good weekend! I am off to find a place with "chocolate covered" doggie biscuts by work.

I am glad to hear Bishop did well today.  I wanted to write earlier, but was swamped at work.  I have been thinking about him all day.  Let us know what the results are.
