Roast Lamb Recipe?

My church is going to celebrate Passover/Maundy Thursday with a traditional Seder.  I volunteered to make the Charoseth, which I have a recipe.  Since I'm going to be at the church all afternoon making the Charoseth, I also volunteered to roast the lamb.

Does anybody have a roast lamb recipe?  I have to have one roast with the bone in, but the rest can be boneless.

We're trying to get this as traditional and correct as possible, even though we are just a bunch of bumbling Christians.
