I'm getting real nervous!!!

Porky here-  I am starting to get really nervous and scared.  My momma and daddy are going to leave me for a whole weekend on March 31st!  I saw them packing up their bags and some presents.  Momma says they are going to a cousin's wedding and since its too far away I cant come.  They are having my grandma come watch me for the weekend.  I really like her lots, but my momma has never left me for a whole weekend before!!  I know I'll get extra treats and love before they leave, but what if grandma doesn't want to let me sleep with her in the night?  I keep trying to take some of the clothes out of the suitcase and put it in my crate to show them I can go too, but its not working.  Is there anything momma can do to make me feel less anxious about this?  She made me promise to be an  for my grandma when she is here, but two days is so long to be perfect!!  I don't think I can be an  :angel4:dog for two whole days!!

Grandmas is da best!  We always gets our grandma to give us extra treats, love and belly rubs.  Just use "the look" and a little whine and you'll be in the big bed for sure!  We always makes out great when grandma watches us.

Rudy and Brandy here - we lubbed going to Grandma's house too....betcha yours will let you do just about anything YOU want to !!!  AND.....mom and dad should bring your treats and prezzies - dats de rule

Awwwww.  Porky, you're so cute.  Grandma is gonna LOVE givin' you sugars and I just KNOW you'll be just fine.  You'll do an awesome job of wrapping your grandma around your little paw, I just knows it.

Hey Porky, didn't I read recently that you were an excellent doctor and a very good little boy or almost grown up boy for a whole week not too long ago??? I think you will do just fine with Grandma for a couple of days and she will certainly be charmed by you. Just remember to not chew on the sofa or anything like that so mom and dad won't get upset with you or grandma. I'm sure you will get presents and treat from mom and dad. They will miss you soooo much because they love you, too.

Maybe Mom can take you over and let you test drive grandma's bed before they leave for the weekend.  Would that make you feel better?

Porky here- Guess what?!  Grandma is going to be busy this weekend.  SO.. my Auntie is coming to my house to take care of me.  I know she will take good care of me and she lets me sleep with her.  I feel much better now that I know that.  She is also bringing her friend with her, so I get twice the love!!  And...if it snows, momma and daddy said they are staying home!  Maybe cousin Bandit will come with my auntie to play with me!!!  Bandit is a weiner dog too.  Thanks for everybody who made me feel better.  I'm sure I will gets lots of treats and love this weekend!!
