Food!!!!!'

  :crazyeyes: I had to go a whole 24 hrs with no food cause of my surgery! Then all I could have was liquids. So we stayed up till midnight Friday night den my mama made me Venison smoothie. It was so tasty I cleaned my bowl. Then I was sleepy and my mouth hurt. So it was time for meds and bedtime. When I waked Saturday my mouth wasn't swollen anymore and I felt great!! So mama made me another smoothie. I went da whole day with no pain meds!!!  Another smoothie for supper and then the ITCHIES and ouchies showed up!!! I couldn't ger comfy to sleep and kept pawing at my face. Then I got a benedryl and a half pain pill. I sleeped good after dat. Today I got REAL food . I'm happy to be back on my kibble. My mouth doesn't even hurt!

I'm really impressed with Porkys recovery and healing this time! He didn't get stitches where the incisor was extracted because the cavity was full of pus and infection. So we were worried it would be a long healing process. Porky was very pukey Friday following the surgery. He got sick seven times between 5p.m. and 9 p.m.!! Then Saturday he woke up acting just like his normal happy self. I'm so relieved he is healing so quickly!! Hoping we get good news tomorrow about that tumors we sent in. Our vet called yesterday and said the lab said it looked like two tumors grew together and that's why it was double the size of the others. If that's the case,  chances are they are benign like the other 3.

Got the call last night that the tumors is benign!  :apls: The hole where Porkys tooth was has closed up already and he is feeling great. His teeth look better than ever so I'm hoping we can save the rest.

dis is Parker ...... so glad your teef are feelin better. Dem smoothies sound very yummy. You make sure you let santa paws know about da rough time you had so you get extra presents!!!! Tell him just treats and toys. No ugly sweaters, and no hygiene stinky stuff!!!
I am also going to be getting extra presents as I have been bery good this year. No tinkles in da house (except on pee pads and daddy's clothes that he leave on the floor  ), no chewing holes in blankies (except for just a few holes), and no stealing things that don't belong to me (I'm pretty sure the oven mitts, socks, lego's, and daddy's extra bathing suit that he left on the floor have not been discovered  ).

Parker,  I fink we are related! I do all dose tings too,   except the potty one. Dem blankies just don't work right without the holes (air conditioning) . I chews holes in mine so I can put my head through and wear it like a snuggie. Just a tip for ya.  :thumb:  We wont speak of the things under the bed.        Ill put in a good word for ya in my Santa Paws letter.
