I've seen groups of the Red Hat Society out and about here in Kalispell, (Was probably you, Ruth!) and just about everywhere else I've lived.  They always look like they're having a ball.  I have another 12 years or so, but I want to play too!

There are at least 30 groups here in the valley.  We had a get to gether in the spring with about 250 ladies!
You can always join a group as a "Pink Hatter"

Oh COOL!!!!!! I'd love to hear more about Pink Hatters.

The snow wasn't so bad this morning on the way here, but I'm seeing some big puffy flakes flying now. I have a feeling this winter is going to make up for the last few mild ones we've had.  Bridget and her lowriding belly will NOT be amused!   How is it down south?

We gave many groups here around Greenville. I've been looking into becoming a Pink Hatter next year when I hit the 45 mark. It is great that these groups make you want to get older.

We have MANY Red Hat groups here in Florida.  Of course, Clearwater is the retirement capital of the world I think!  One day when my daughter was visiting we went to have lunch at a local place where we could sit out on the deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.  As we pulled into the parking lot we noticed a bunch of older men standing around chatting.  They were all the husbands of the ladies who were having a Red Hat Luncheon inside.  As we walked past the table I noticed a whold bunch of empty martini and margarita glasses!  Too funny.....I want to join!
