Aw, Ollie....our Moms must know about the same prison!  When we go out on the front deck, she puts up the prison pen so we don't run off (to the neighbor's house)!  Our front yard is not fenced so when we go out front, we is either on the leash or the prison gate is put up!  But our backyard is fenced.....so no prison gates there!  Sarge and Duggie

This is the front porch.  The back yard is fenced in with 6 foot stockade fencing which WE hate ... even MaMa can't see out. So little by little we will try to replace the big fence with something that is still dog proof,  but people friendly.

one good side Ollie is ya can hooler at udder dogs on da street  and da canna get ya. Other way is to lose weight and slip out between da bars, as it looks like diggin won't get ya far.
Mum says all our house fences look like your back yard out here, ours up where we are are three strand wire and any we come in contact with has cage wire over it............darn it so we cannot get out.................but Amy can get under the gates so mum had to put logs under them.
