Sophie, Me and Training Skool!

Last night was the second night for training school.  I was so very proud of my little girl. She showed dem Big dogs that she has a few tricks up her sleeve.
I decided to take Sophie to training school becuz she has attempted to snap, snarl and lunge at people and Big Dogs.She needs to be Socialized!   She has connected (bitten) my 17 year old son (he deserved it, really he did). He always seems to get right up into her face.  They have this love/hate relationship . We (Hubby and I ) got her from Rescue in Lousiana 7 months ago. She has issues and we have worked on most of them.
So, Second night at training we were taught sit, stand and lay down.  Since she is there mostly for Socialization we started to do her other tricks.  Sitting like a penguin.  Everybody was in Awwwwwww!
The tainer thought it was great that she can separate Penguin from sit. He even showed her off!    Took her center stage and started the commands with her. She did everything he asked. I was beaming with pride.

Sounds like she is doing really well!  I wish I lived closer; I would take Cassie and join you... she would love the other people and dogs and I need to learn how to communicate better with her - she wants to please but sometimes I think we are speaking different languages, LOL.

Sophie is such a cute penguin.  Angel does that too.  casey looks like he is saying, "Yeah yeah, whatever... so she's a penguin.  Look at ME!"
