Meghan could really use a few prayers and rays right now. She woke up this morning with a sore throat, headache and fever. Needless to say she didn't get to go to work today since she works at Pottery Barn Kids. She was really bummed about that since she was off last weekend while we were visiting her. Hopefully she can get on something soon and get well. Her 21st birthday is on Monday so I really hope she is feeling better then! Also, it is crunch time at school with lots of papers due and exam time looming. Not a good time to be feeling bad. Thanks in advance from Mom, Dad, Schatzi, Molly and of course, Meghan

It might be strep!  I've had it twice in the past month!  It seems to really be nasty this year so she should get to the doctor ASAP!  Rays and prayers going out for her to get better.  I have had to do two midterms and a term paper with strep this semester and it wasn't fun at all!

Meghan finally got over the sore throat bug. Now she is just wanting to get home and hug mom and dad and physically see that we are both okay. Looking back, I think we should have let her drive home for a couple of days when the accident happened. I just knew there was nothing she could do here and I really didn't want her driving that distance right then. I never realized, however, the emotional toll it would take on her. Since she has had to work over Thanksgiving, she hasn't been home at all this semester. Now, though, she only has 18 days to go and my neice is due to be born on that day also. We're just hoping she waits on Meghan! Well, Meghan is hoping that she waits on her. My sister-in-law will be happy to have her any day now!
