You might think he was looking after uz, but mum left us with instructions of how to make sure he was good. Day 1 an 2 we got no hides, but mum said that was cruel and we should have at least 1. So we may not have posted for a few days.
Mum was doing a 3 day course to be a leader in courses for self managment of chronic conditions, our Auntoie Jane got her involved in it and she passed.
Da gang

It was a course ran by Arthritis Victoria, it can be used for other chronic conditions its from Stanford University, it was pretty intense but interesting and they are hoping to pair us volenteers with health professionals to run these 6 week courses in the community. So I left Nick in the monsters care, he not that compitant when it comes to looking after them, no walks and not much interaction...............other than when the man came to install a new TV ariel and they gave him hell. Such little charmers.

expalins it better than I can. I got a fair bit out of it myself, as I have two types of arthritis it is also suggested for people living with people with chronic illness.

That sounds like a great program! I had never heard of anything like that, I'll bet a lot of people benefit from it. Hopefully you too Roberta I didn't realize you had TWO kinds of arthritis.  I think you should bring the kids with you to one of these, they would lift the whole room's spirits.  :thumb:
