A policeman here in Tulsa pulled a person over for having his dog riding in his lap that is how I found out it is against the law to drive with a dog in your lap?The person driving got a ticket for it ?

Auntie Dee Dee,  I have all my posessions in a polka-dotted hankerchief tied to a stick!  It is over my shoulder and I am ready to go.  Please send for me ASAP!  Mom has not fed me HAM or vienna sausages in almost two hours.  WOE.
