Just spent 14 hours away from my Hallie in the ER, it was a very bad experience all around, with bad care, unbearable pain and tests I didn't need...but I'm home and on clear fluids for 3 days (Merry Christmas!

) and back with my baby girl. She broke my heart when I left her at 10 pm to go to the ER she was so worried she sat on the kitchen rug and did a strange whine I've never heard before.

Bah Humbug! We are getting a lot of bed time in though. Hope everyone else has a better holiday than that! Although anytime with a healthy happy Hallie is wonderful I'll take it!

I got home this evening and there was a message from the ER to call them...so I did but the lady is gone and they don't know what it was about. So I will sit here worried sick until Saturday when she's back on unless the day person tomorrow can figure out why the first lady called. I still feel like crap, I think Hallie and I will just stay in bed all day tomorrow and hope nothing else happens!

I was awake worrying all night so at 4 am I called the ER and they got me through to the Dr that saw me, he said they saw what could have been a partial blockage on the CT scan (which "could" be a mass but not necessarily), he wanted to do another test but of course it's the holidays, so I am to call my gastroenterologist on Monday and set something up. I am sooo tired of tests and worrying and waiting for the results. I'm going to scoop up my Hallie and we're going back to bed and watch movies and try not to think all day. :thumb:

Dee! OMG, you are scaring me. I do hope its nothing serious. Please let us know what the doc finds out.

I can´t believe this! Please stay safe and snug and let us know as soon as you have news. We´re rooting for you so you HAVE to be fine.

I called both Dr's today and they are getting the test results from the ER and will call me back on what they want to do. I still feel puny and my appetite is still kaput which is frustrating it has been a wonderful 4 months of being able to eat! But it's not as bad as before. Hallie is busy vascillating between nurse and comic relief she's been very silly lately!

what part was partially blocked or are we allowed to ask. This maybe what has been going on all along, so they may get to the bottom of it. Stick (or sick)with it kiddo we are sending Rays and sloppy kissies. It is a shame none of us live close enough to help. I wondered where you had got to.....................Ms H. Maybe you are part Doberman they are always getting blockages ? Nosy did you find out for sure what your tummy problem is ? Can't hurt sending more Rays & Hugs and Slurpee kisses form the fur kids Patches & Buddy get to feeling better soon.

I have been thinking about you a lot DD. I, too, am very tired of doctors and tests and waiting, it makes a person want to just give up. I hope they find out soon what is wrong with you and get it fixed once and for all. My appetite went kaput, too, with all the worrying and the only thing that helped was dramamine. Strange, but it helped to calm my stomach enough so I could eat. I really want this year over with, and I pray to God that 2010 is a whole lot better for all of us.

DeeDee...Just read your post,,,quite a while since it was posted. Guess I haven't been reading the Rayes needed section like I should. Hope your testing is over and you are feeling better. Your in my thoughts and prayers. Hopefully they will get to the bottom of this and get you feeling better. I know Miss Hallie is taking good care of you!
