Clifford decided he wanted his barkday breakfast a little early and got me up at 4 am.  However, sanity ruled and we went back to bed after a quick trip outside.  To celebrate turning 15, he is getting some cheese omelette, yogurt and hickory smoked treat.  After breakfast will come another yard patrol and then a leasurely day of napping. 

Here's a quick taste to whet your appetite.
There's nothing like having a dachshund tongue up your nose at 3 a.m.

Thank you, one and all, for the barkday wishes.  We spent a quiet evening (or as quiet as practicing a piccolo solo can be) at home.  Rich, as far as we can tell Wacky Zack in WI is ahead of Clifford by a couple of months and reigns benevolently as Senior Wiener.
