Guinness' elbows turn in and his feet turn out.  He's 13 and 1/2.  It makes him look like Popeye!  So cute, little Old Man!!

I have no clue as to what the "standard" look of the feet are supposed to be but both of ours stand with that heels together and toes out look.  When they are running its everyman for themselves and they do not look alike.  Champ is a throw the legs and feet out to the side and have the back end trying to get ahead of the front end kind of runner and Smokey is a keep it sleek and keep the legs and feet under the body like a bullet kind of runner.

Smokey is a officially a mini and although Champ was supposed to be a mini I just think he is a standard runt.  He has the feet of a 30 lb dog. but the height and length of a mini with the chest of a standard.  Both of them turn their feet out when they are sitting up or when they are standing and not walking.   Overall Champ tends to turn his feet out more (maybe for stability, He is the Heavy One aka Fat Boy  )
