Been gone awhile....

&& we have missed sooo much....   Sorry, we haven't checked in for so long...  I have been wrapped up in my life so much lately...  First there was the talks with me && hubby, may try to just work it out.  At least he wasn't cheating on me with a real human...    It was just some things that he was looking at on the net, but that made me angry and feel inadaquate...  We are going on our 10th anniversary in August, I think we just need to change alot of things...  Ok, now I am just ranting aren't I??  Sorry, anyway, I have found a better job that I will be starting by next week, this should help with our money stress..  My last job I was only at for 9 months, but should of had a raise every 3 months, never got one, not even my review....  Then just recently they cut my hours, and working for only $6.30/hr getting only 12 hours one week and 16 hours the next it just wasn't cutting it....   My new job I will be getting paid more, and getting 40 hours a week...  YEAH!!!!   Then there was the issue that my oldest daughter(Skylar~14) was getting depressed with everything happening and wanted to commit suicide...   I only felt like a bad mother for a little while, then I jumped in and helped her heal what was bothering her...  And, I am proud to say that she is still with us, Thank God, and on the 28th of May she had her 8th grade promotion ceremony (pic attached), so she will now be a Freshman....   Not really sure if I am ready for a Highschooler yet or not, but we are proud of her....   My 6th grader(Katelyn) had summer school, but has since passed that && will be in 7th grade in the fall....   As for my younger children(Jeremiah & Shanelle), they are straight A students....   Now, we are having problems with Philip's ex wife about getting his son here for the summer...   Things have been so  crazy....   Then last night we decided it was time to sell our house and find something bigger with more property...   I will be better at checking in from now on, I think that I was actually getting a little depressed myself, & didn't want to do anything...   But, all is better now...  We finally have some warm weather here, I was beginning to think we'd never see the sun again, but yesterday Philip & I helped some friends tear down an old pheasant pen, and the sun is showing on my shoulders right now....  OUCH!!!!   I forgot that it could hurt so bad...  I hope you are all well...  I will check in more often....   Princess Emmy sends puppy kisses to you all....     

P.S.~ please pray that our Mango kitty is safe...  He ran off about 2 weeks ago, and we haven't seen him...

I was wondering how things were going, but kept getting to busy myself to email or pm you to ask (something I always hate to have happen). I hope things work out great for you and Philip. I'm most thrilled that you were able to see what was happening with Skylar and intervene at the right time. It is so easy for us, as adults, to not realize the effect our actions have on our children. By putting Skylar first, you were able to get her through a hard time in her life and hopefully help her prepare for her high school years. I'm sure the job will make a difference. I can't see how it couldn't!
Give Emmy some belly rubs for me. Can't wait to hear more stories about her. Prayers going out for the kitty!

Glad you're back with us.  Hope you and hubby can work it out (if that's what you want).  Your little girl sounds like she is growing up, so you will have to keep up the good work with her.  Sending prayers for you and your family.

Tara, it is great to have you back with us.  We have missed you!!!  Healing prayers to your family.  Hope you and hubby are on the mend.  It does seem that around that 10th year Anniversary, some adjustments have to be made (we went there ourselves)    Many prayers for Skylar.  Thank goodness she has a very oservant and responsible mother.  Those teenage years can be real tough.  Kudos  on your new job!!!  That will help out tremendously.....money poblems can cause such stress on a family...... :xfinger: hoping that Mango Kitty is alright and comes back home.  Emmylou:  Hugs and nosie kisses to you
