I left my job after my brother passed away in Jan07 and I moved my mom to a retirement community near me.  Taking care of my brother's estate and my mom was a full time job.  I have worked part time as a pet sitter and mystery shopper to keep me busy and from getting too bored.  I remodeled my house and have been enjoying playing interior decorator.  I have been spending lots of quality time with the fur kids.  They are all doing well.  Lily is still doing great after her back surgery 3 years ago.  I did retire her as a therapy dog.  Max was diagnosed with Cushings disease.  We are treating his symptoms and other than a weak bladder, he is doing well.  He still loves to play fetch.  Gabbe and Minna are doing well too and I love having more time to spend with them.  I have been dating a guy on and off for about a year and we have gotten more serious over the last 4 months.  We are going to Sint Maarten for a week beginning June 29th.  I have lost and kept off 110 lbs and 8 weeks ago had a lower body lift to remove the excess skin.  I feel and look better than I have in 25 years!  I still have one more surgery to go before my remodel is finished.  I am writing two books.  One is about the adventures of Max Wolf, Private Nose.  I don't know if I will ever get published, but I am enjoying the writing.   I will try to keep in touch and it is great seeing how everyone is doing!  I have attached a picture of my new look!

Wow! Nikki you have been busy and had MAJOR life changes!!! You look incredible girl! More pics!! Both of you and the kids and your remodel! So glad the four snoopers are doing well...and I'm sure you'd have several customers right here for that book when you finish it.

Thanks!  I have sort of kept up with you and Hallie thru Delia.  Glad Hallie is doing better.  Maybe we can arrange another bow-wow?  I would love to see you guys again.  Hope all is going well for you too.
