Brushing Patches teeth

Any advice on my brushing Patches teeth she keeps biting my fingers when I try to brush the back teeth she is not biting me being difficult or aggressive just wants to bite the brush I think. There has to be away to do it with out me getting dents in my fingers tried the vanilla flavored toothpaste today I think she likes the chicken better.

LOL - I have a hard time getting the back ones too..... I use beef flavored toothpaste - and mine keep trying to bite/lick it off the brush !!!!  Keep at it !
