It's snowin' and blowin'....

EmmyLou here:   Watch out Porky Pie, it's comin' your way!!!!!!!!!!!   We got soo much snow and wind overnight and dis morning....   Dere is about a foot or more of new snow, and wif dat noisy wind blowin' dere is some swifts too....     Momma sez dat da wind had ta be movin pwetty fast dis morning when we woked up....   She sez at weast, 40-50 mph!!!!!!!   Can you bewieve dat?!?!?!?!   We are eben habin another winter storm warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!     :crazyeyes:         We's jus wanted to let you all know dat we survived dis one, my hoo-gwampa was watchin da weather in Detroit last night, and dey said Idaho was gettin hit pwetty good, so he called dis morning ta see if we made it through....          Gwampas are sooo funny!!!!   Of course we made it through, and now momma has a nice warm fire goin', so, guess where I is!!!   Hope dat all of you in da way of dis storm make it through....    Time to lay in front of da fire....   Hugs & puppy kisses...    Lub~ Pwincess Emmy

Lucky??  hahaha...   I will take some pictures next time we lure "Her Highness" out from under the blanket....  lol    Now, if you can see her in the snow, I will of done good...  lol   The snow is well over her back...   Pictures to come soon.....

Can't wait to see them. We've finally had some much overdue rain, but no snow. There is some snow forecast for the N.C. mountains later in the week, but none here. Maybe sometime later this winter. Of course, we have Meghan here and she will tell you that wherever she goes, the snow does not. Nashville had none the whole time she was there (unless she came home for a weekend, then it would snow!). We'll see what happens this year. At least we have moisture in the air again and that's a plus.

Wow, glad you made it through the storm....40 to 50 mph winds will pick up all the furkids and send them clean into Kansas!!  Gee Pwincess Emmy, you could "tunnel" a path through the snow.  Wouldn't that be cool?  Just stay safe and stay warm and enjoy snuggling and laying by the fire.  I wouldn't go out in that mess unless I had to!!
