Take one scaveging relentless dawg.  Trash can beside shed is full, so naturally, WHERE do you put the PLASTIC bag full o' turkey bonez???

Why, on the GROUND of course, and not IN the shed.

There's a DH in every DUH.   :doah:

end of rant.  Thank you.

Hmmmmm....I can totally relate.  My DH decided a good place for the package of smoked salmon my sister sent for Christmas was on the floor under the Christmas tree!  HELLOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!  I got to it before Willy and Alex did.

I can add to that DH, non cook decided to help on Christmas morning, we had about 2 kilos of King Prawns as part of Xmas lunch. I thought it easier to shell and devein them  prior to serving.  I demostrated to (DUH) DH (ever thought it could mean dead head!) then my mother rang to wish us Happy Xmas , I left him for about 5min, when I returned instead of shelling them and  taking the heads  off just where it joined the body, he in his infinate culinary wisdom took the heads of half way down the body..................I then had to go through the pile and retrieve what I could. To my rants and raves about how could he manage to screw up something so simple, all he said was "remember its Christmas, and I love you". Then to top it all off  when we came back from my mums 5 days later the smell from the bin was shocking I asked had he knotted the bag he placed the shells etc when he put it in the bin, you guessed it NO. The time when we were away the temp's had reached mid to high 30's C (95F).

Thank God the four leggeds have more brains.

LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Why don't they understand that putting any kind of meat in a garbage bin is going to STINK in no time???
Then they feel all put out because they "were only trying to help", suddenly THEY are the victim.
Great story.......funny, but I bet it wasn't when it happened.
