We got a box from Greenacres !!!!!

Dis is Rudy and Brandy and Barb.....  we gots a box from Auntie Dee, Unca Dave and our fwiends Sarge and Duggie - WOO HOO !!!!  We walked out to get de mail and dere on de porch was  a big box !!!!  We gots a blankie each and a cool scarf !  Mama got an ornament and a drawing !!!  It was like Santa Paws came early....but we know dat its Santa Spilker dat lives in Greenacres !!!

Thank you so much - you are just so generous to all of us - WE LOVE YOU !!!!

Dis is Oscy, official blanket boy of dis family, and I speak fer myself and Buelah and Toby-Man an Baby Bea and we AGREE wif Rudy an Brandy!  Aunty Dee and Uncle Dave are da best!  Dey sure do know how to put a smile on mamas face and da blankies are da BEST blankies we have EVER had!  Our nana an papa are comin to our house for Christmas and mama is saving our bandanas till den so we will look good for da company!  Thank you again from ALL of us here in florida!  It's been a little bit cold fer down here and dem blankies feel so good! 
Oh, and mama got da tears when she saw the card from Greenacres....  We sure will miss Looie-Angel but were happy dat we gots dat picture of him.  Merry Christmas to all of you and special belly rubs to Sargey and Duggie!

Sarge & Duggie here:  Mom went on a blanket making frenzy!  She said it was her way of therapy in handling with Looie-Angel going to da Rainbow Bridge.  Then, we had to decide what to do with all da blankies.... there are lots of them .....  so we decided on a pay it forward and share da blankies.  We have been sniffing under the Christmas tree and we think that we each also have a new blankie under the tree but Mom and Dad won't let us tear dem open!

I'm happy that you are all enjoying the blankets....my way of dealing with the grief of losing Looie-Angel.  Sarge and Duggie are also a huge help and keep me on my toes!  Duggie is a lover of packages just as Sarge is --- so it's been interesting with the Christmas tree and the present under it.  Overall, they have been pretty good about leaving the packages alone.  We had hidden theirs so the temptation is not quite as upfront.  Sarge has taught Duggie well!  They are doing great and now sleep together laying on top of each other.....just as Sarge and Looie did...the memories are there and always will be.

It's been hard getting into the holiday spirit this year -- because of that, we're having a low key holiday this year.  This afternoon, Dave and I are going to Eagleridge (the housing development where our daughter works) and Dave will be Santa Claus for all the kids to come and visit with.  I'll be in the background taking lots of pictures!  Sarge and Duggie will stay home........and guard the house as we always tell them.....in addition to behaving!  Monday, Christmas Eve, I am working (day only) so that all the staff in the office could have it off -- it should be a quiet day.  Then, I have off between Christmas and New Year's.  Which means more projects for me to work on to occupy my time.  Have a good day!  Dee

Penny here...I just love my blankie! I snuggle up with mom on the couch and she puts the blankie on top of me! It is fit for a Princess!!!

Seriously Dee - It was such a blessing to receive the blanket and bandanna. It came right after we had to take her back to the neurologist and it just made our day. We just loved your Christmas card as well!

Hi Dee, I know what you mean, its sad for us that Misty won't be here with us.  I know you feel that same way about Looie.  Its OK to be low key this Christmas.  I am so happy to hear that Sargey and Duggie are getting along so well.
