Sargey Claims Doxie Rights to Blankie

We are doing fine here.  I am finding that I really need to keep myself busy, though.  My moments of missing Looie hit me when I am least expecting it to.   I am finding that random acts of kindness to folks in memory of Looie are helping a lot.  He was such a giver of love through his own ways.  I was hoping that we would have a quiet and low key Thanksgiving but no such luck.  On Monday, I found out that everyone was coming to our house for dinner.......thanks to my kids......so now I am doing a dinner for 15 people!  Christmas......haven't even started to think about that yet!  Dee

We are especially missing our little Misty girl this holiday season.  May Looie and Misty be smiling down upon us all.

I've got Sarge and Looie keeping me company on my computer screen.  That was a whole lot of love in those two boys. . .

It makes missing my mom this Thanksgiving a litttle easier.

I didn't steal your blankie........I overtook da one dat you see in da piccy!  My mom was werkin' on it and I just went over and plopped my body on it......Mom sed since I did dat, it was now mine!   I know where I kin get anudder one just like it.........for you!   Did yer Mama find yours yet?

Dear Sargey,

My blankie is still missing.  We fink it got left behind in da basement of our townhouse.     I knew I should hab kept dragging it around wif me.  But, I couldn't get it up dose stairs.   My mama pwomised to make a new one, but she hasn't found da same fabwic yet.     She tried to make me a blankie wif a space dog fabwic and yellow fabwic, but its just not da same.  I do like it, but I only use it if all my other blankies are busy or dirty.
