There is a time out value of a couple of minutes when people leave the chat room...sometimes when people leave chat it can take a couple of minutes for them to show as logged out.

I told Nancy I was sorry - but I was talking to my mom on the phone for a couple minutes - and forgot about chat- oops!  I don't usually do that - plus I had to check on my patient, Brekke - who was suspiciously absent and too quiet - know what I mean?
