Penny is Home Today on the Pennycam and House Update

Penny got to stay home today and is on the Pennycam for your viewing pleasure!! :thumb:

Our escrow isn't going as smooth as we would like but we have our fingers crossed that on Sunday our buyers will remove all their contingencies. They are originally from Saipan and are now US citizens and are completely qualified but some of the lenders are giving them the run around. :verdict:

So all the fingers and paws crossed and good rays you can spare would be great!! :xfinger:

We did find an apartment that well let us rent month to month and have both Penny and Mr. Tucker. It is an apartment complex that is being converted into condos and they are renting the buildings that haven't been converted yet. It does have a balcony for Penny and is in a nice part of town.

Yeah - Is is such a pain. The borrowers want 1 extra week to deal with their getting their funding all worked out but they don't want to remove contingencies. If we force them to remove contingencies they will just pull out of the deal. So we are giving them the extra time but part of the deal was that we could put it back on the market and take backup offers. So we gave them until this coming Friday to get it together or else...

Oh AAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!! Anything to do with real estate is never easy or stress-free. I hope this is all over with for you soon! Hang in there. Any new properties on the horizon?

Actually we are going to go look at 6 tomorrow and one of them looks really promising. I'll let you know how it goes.
