Belly Band report

Willy and Alex's belly bands arrived yesterday.  Talk about cute!  The outside fabric was dachshunds on a black background.  The inside was lined with red for Willy and purple for Alex.  Alex wasn't bothered by the belly band at all.  Willy was having a little trouble getting used to it, but didn't try to take it off.  Later Willy just went into his cave (kennel) and sulked.  The boys did not pee in them, nor did they attempt to pee on the walls, thank goodness.  I took the belly bands off for a mid-evening outside break, and then again for bedtime.  I will continue to have the boys wear them when they are loose in the house when we are home.  They won't have to wear them during pen time, outside or bedtime.  There is an absorbant layer between the outside and inner lining.  But it would easily accomodate 1/2 of a panty liner or sanitary napkin for extra protection and ease of cleaning.

You have a point there.  If the outsides were just plain black material, you'd never even notice them on Willy and Alex, who are black and tans.

Um, Alex, I'm, uhhhh, sure you look very sweet in your, ummm, humiliatin' beddy band.  But I still luv you anyway.  By the way, I am feelin' all better now.  Mom says I'm back to my LOUD bark.  When I was sick, my bark was kinda pathetic.

Sounds like they are doing the job - thats great !!!  How about a cute little picture ?!?!?!?!?!?  Is it Willy going to school...or Alex - sorry I can't remember.... how is it going ?  How is Misty feeling?

Alex is the one going to school.  He's doing pretty good.  Misty is feeling much better.  I will try to get a picture of the boys in their bands.  Been meaning to have Dan get our camera charged up, then I can take house pictures too, while we still have all this snow!
