QUESTION FOR DEE DEE..........

Have you ever been to The Inn at Langley on Whidbey island?  If so, what is your opinion about the place?

I have been to Langley several times (they have a great Murder Mystery weekend in February where the whole town participates) but I've not stayed at the Inn because they don't take pets. It looks like a beautiful place though I'm sure it would be a wonderful place to stay. Is this for you?????????

There was an article in one of my Bon Appetit magazines about 4 different inns around the lower 48.  I saw the picture of the outside of the Inn at Langley and thought "that's my style."  All that weathered, rustic cedar!  I would like to take Dan on a long weekend getaway sometime.  We'd love to stay at a Bed and Breakfast on the Washington coast somewhere.  Some place where we can walk on the beach, go to all the little shops and pubs, and eat good food. 
Got an recommendations?

By the way, Dan's sister and her husband are moving to Seattle.  They just put an offer in on a house.  Seattle is practically next door to us, and its a place we really like, so when they get settled in, we may come down.  Dan would enjoy Pike Street Market.

I hope you guys come down this way that would be SO FUN to get together even if for a little while!!

Langley is a neat little town I really like it. Port Townsend it nice too. Maybe you guys could travel around to a few places! Let me know if you start thinking seriously about coming down that would be awesome.
