What to do about allergies?

My black and tan has allergies.  Her little eyes run all the time. Watery like she is crying and her nose is rather drippy at times. She acts perfectly fine though.  Is there anything I can do outside of taking her to the Vet?
Your advice would be appreciated.

Do you have any clue as to what would be causing the problems?  If so I'd avoid that and watch for a difference.  Otherwise I'd say take her to the vet to get it figured out.

both my dogs have allergies what the vet told me to do was if it was bad to give them baby allergy meds.  If I didn't do that my Gabby would be sneezing all the time.
