Patty, you must be so relieved!  I'm so happy for you! 
Now we just have to make it through all the inspections and stuff.
Closing is scheduled for June 26th.  And yes, we are relieved that something is finally happening.

Patty - that is fabulous news !!!!   Sending doxie rays and prayers that all goes smoothly and in the next month you are home owners of only ONE fantastic new house !!!  How are things settling in?  Any pictures with all your stuff in?

Congratulations. I'm sure you are relieved. I hope it all goes well. I had forgotten that you are still waiting for the phone line and internet at home. How long is it supposed to be before it is in?
