I saw the most beautiful documentary last night on "Nature" on PBS about wild stallions (actually, I came in on it halfway through).  It featured a woman photographer/videographer who documented the same stallion named Cloud for five years to see if he would be able to find a mare to settle down with.  It was a really neat story.  It showed how stallions battle each other for a mare, and Cloud just couldn't win.  In the end, the woman comes back to the mountain looking for Cloud, and he has a mare.....it turns out she stayed behind to care for her sickly foal, and her pack left her.  Cloud came along and patiently stayed with her.  It was a very touching story, and very interesting too.  And these horses were absolutely beautiful!
