Sorry I"ve not been here much.

My grandmother got to come home from the hospital about 2 weeks ago and was doing better at home.  She's never going to be her old self, but she was sitting up some and feeding herself, that sort of thing.  Well, anyway this past Thursday my grandfather was put in the hospital for a heart catherization and was there until late Friday night.  He has two blockages (45 and 50%) and they are treating them with meds and he is required to stay quiet and not move around too much.  That is nearly impossible for him, although he is resting more than he was before.  I was helping them this past weekend and they loved seeing the girls but I think were a little relieved to see them go.  All three of them were running around acting like crazies!  It was fun, but exhausted the great grandparents just watching!  Gretchen is still with us and will be for the forseeable future.  I think she's in her permanent home now to be honest. 
I'd appreciate any rays/prayers/good thoughts you could send my way or for my grandparents.  It's really been pretty hard because Paw-paw *doesn't* get sick.  (Much like moms don't get sick I imagine. )  He's just always been healthy for his age and Nanny has always been the sick one.  It's been a rude awakening for me to say the least.

It is never easy to watch our loved ones age.  Sending rays and prayers to both grandparents and to you and your family as you deal with these changes.  I know they are so thankful that their little fur-kid has a loving home - I am sure that is a huge relief.   Please keep us posted -

Thanks Barb.  I'm seriously trying to get pics up, but things seem to keep happening to prevent it.  I hope things settle down so I can have a little bit of fun soon! :)
